Terms and Conditions

• A 50% deposit is required with the order, 40% on the day of installation and the balance after installation. No manufacturing will proceed unless confirmed payment is received.
• Installation dates are booked according to building schedules. Should the building schedule fall behind thus meaning PRORENO can't install on the date booked, a further 40% of the balance will be payable, with the last 10% after installation. In this case a date for installation will be re-scheduled.
• Client will arrange for electricity and any plumbing required and also indicate the run of electricity and plumbing pipes. Should this not be done, PRORENO can't be held responsible for damage to any pipes during installation.
• Unless otherwise stated, the quotation excludes cost for basins, taps and any other electrical appliances and/or white goods.
• Should the client make any changes to the original plan after installation has begun, cost for such changes will be incurred by the client.
• Melamine and wrap doors: Due to the manufacturing process, no guarantee can be provided for exact matching with samples.
• Veneer -/Semi-Solid -/Solid doors: These are natural products and subject to variation of colour and graining thus no guarantee can be provided for exact matching with samples.
• PRORENO will not be held responsible for any damage caused when an existing kitchen has to be removed before installation of new cabinets can occur.
• PRORENO will not accept cost for replacing any object that is damaged by builders or any other contractor/person entering the premises after installation has occurred.
• Final measurements for GRANITE and MARBLE will take place after cupboards are installed and price adjusted accordingly. As these are natural products, consistency in colour, texture veining can not be guaranteed. It is recommended that the client inspect or choose the stone at the yard.
• The client or his/her representative should ensure their availability to inspect work done within 24 hours after final installation. PRORENO will not be held responsible in respect of problems not reported within 24 hours from installation.
• The installed kitchen as a whole remains the property of PRORENO until fully paid for and may be removed if the balance is not paid within 7 (seven) days after installation.
• Interest will be charged at prime rate plus 5%.
• Any client-attorney costs which may arise from this order will be paid by the client.
• Quotations are valid for 14 (fourteen) days.
• It is agreed that PRORENO may use any photos taken of the work done for advertising purposes.
